Overview

OhioHealth is seeking an Environmental Services Associate to maintain cleanliness in various areas of the Southeastern Medical Center in Cambridge, Ohio. This role involves cleaning patient rooms, public spaces, and service areas while providing top-notch customer service within the healthcare environment. Candidates will need to be attentive to detail and adhere to safety and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Obtain and complete assigned cleaning or maintenance requests
  • Move beds or furniture as necessary for cleaning tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper usage of equipment used in job performance
  • Notify appropriate areas of service needs through defined paperwork
  • Keep assigned carts and areas stocked appropriately
  • Distribute linen as part of stocking duties
  • Complete other duties as assigned, including storeroom maintenance
  • Provide high levels of customer service to patients and other customers
