The Role As a Financial Analyst, you'll be a key partner in aligning sales strategy with operational execution. Your work will directly influence business decisions across multiple teams, from forecasting demand to analyzing inventory performance. You'll bridge the gap between numbers and strategy, helping the organization stay financially sharp and operationally efficient. What You'll Do Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned accounts. Translate sales trends and growth plans into SKU-level inventory forecasts. Analyze large data sets to determine reorder points, safety stock levels, and purchasing recommendations. Track and report on unit costs and variances for weekly leadership updates. Collaborate with Inventory, Warehousing, and Operations to optimize capacity planning. Support pricing decisions and business cases with margin and breakeven analysis. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for real-time business insights. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and special projects. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred). Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Python, or Power BI a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment. A proactive attitude and a sense of humor-you're serious about results, but not about yourself.
