A Typical Day Rather than working from a traditional office, you'll manage your responsibilities remotely while staying connected with your team. Your day may include: Meeting with individuals through video or phone appointments. Having conversations to better understand their needs and priorities. Presenting relevant programs and information in a clear, conversational way. Helping individuals navigate questions and determine their next steps. Completing and reviewing online forms and documentation. Following up with individuals throughout the process. Keeping digital records accurate and up to date. Attending team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development. Managing your schedule and daily responsibilities independently. You May Be a Great Fit If You Enjoy working with people and naturally communicate well with different personalities. You're also someone who is dependable, organized, coachable, and motivated to improve. Because the position is remote, you should be comfortable managing your own time and staying productive without constant supervision. You'll need to be comfortable using everyday technology such as email, video conferencing, online forms, and web-based platforms. Previous experience in hospitality, customer support, retail, sales, client services, or another people-oriented environment can be valuable, but it isn't a requirement.
