Join our dynamic team at Quadrant Health Group in West Islip, New York! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to support our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthcare organization. The Entry-Level Accountant will assist with daily accounting operations, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities while working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies. What You'll Do: Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping functions Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations Support month-end and year-end close processes Maintain financial records and documentation Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed Help prepare financial reports and spreadsheets Support internal audits and special accounting projects What You'll Bring: Skills, Knowledge and Competencies Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required) Strong understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment About Quadrant Health Group: At Quadrant Health Group, we believe in fostering a culture of compassion, innovation, and excellence.
