Overview

As an Entertainment Technician at Six Flags Great Adventure, you will be responsible for safely handling and operating equipment used in lighting, audio, atmospheric effects, and pneumatics for live shows and special events. This role involves interacting with guests and team members while ensuring adherence to park policies and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Emphasize safety in all job tasks
  • Oversee technical equipment for live shows, including audio, lighting, video, and scenic effects
  • Prepare workspace and facilities for daily operations and events
  • Perform maintenance and testing of equipment to ensure functionality
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests
  • Assist with load-in and load-out tasks for events
  • Maintain flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, late-nights, and holidays
