Overview

As an Entertainment Technician at Six Flags Great Adventure, you will be responsible for the safe operation of equipment related to lighting, audio, and atmospheric effects during live shows and events. The role involves interacting with guests and other staff while ensuring a high standard of safety and service.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee technical equipment for live shows including audio, lighting, and scenic effects
  • Prepare workspace for daily operations including venue upkeep and show preparation
  • Perform maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality
  • Provide exceptional customer service and adhere to company policies
  • Assist with load-in and load-out tasks for events
  • Work both individually and collaboratively in a team
  • Anticipate working in various weather conditions
