Overview

As an Entertainment Technician at Six Flags Great Adventure, you will be responsible for the safe operation of equipment used in lighting, audio, and atmospheric effects during live shows and events. This role includes interacting with guests and supporting the technical aspects of the park's entertainment offerings while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure safety when performing all job tasks
  • Oversee technical equipment for live shows including audio and lighting
  • Prepare workspace and facilities for daily operations and special events
  • Perform maintenance on equipment to guarantee functionality
  • Provide exceptional customer service in line with company policies
  • Assist with load-in and load-out tasks for events like Fright Fest
  • Work both independently and as part of a team
  • Adapt to various weather conditions during work
