Overview

The Enterprise Payments Governance and Oversight team at Capital One is looking for a Manager to define and implement future payment governance and oversight strategies for the enterprise. This role focuses on enhancing the payments ecosystem by developing solutions for challenges and collaborating with key stakeholders across the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation of payments risk management practices
  • Provide thought leadership in evolving risk procedures
  • Utilize AI and automation to improve risk monitoring processes
  • Define and oversee risk management frameworks for payment rails
  • Partner with 2nd Line of Defense teams for risk mitigation
  • Establish and maintain documentation for the Enterprise Risk Management framework
  • Lead ad-hoc projects to ensure compliance and upgrade processes
