Job Description

Overview

The Leap Network, LLC is seeking part-time and full-time Family and Internal Medicine Physicians to provide primary care within an outpatient environment. The focus is on delivering quality, accessible healthcare to vulnerable and underserved populations, including patients who may speak English, Portuguese, or Spanish.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients
  • Deliver direct primary care and preventative services to children, adolescents, and adults
  • Work collaboratively with clinical team and other departments
  • Assist with the transition to a new EMR in 2026
  • Support the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program
  • Attend trainings and weekly provider meetings
  • Collaborate on administrative and quality improvement projects
