Job Description

Overview

The Leap Network, LLC is seeking part-time and full-time Family and Internal Medicine Physicians to join their multi-specialty primary care team in Worcester, Massachusetts. The role focuses on providing quality, accessible care to a diverse patient population, including English, Portuguese, and Spanish speakers, particularly in underserved communities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in an outpatient environment
  • Deliver direct primary care and preventative services to children, adolescents, and adults
  • Collaborate with a clinical team and other departments in patient care
  • Participate in health education and counseling for patients
  • Assist with the transition to a new electronic medical records (EMR) system
  • Support the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program
  • Attend trainings and participate in weekly Provider and Team meetings
  • Engage in practice, administrative, and quality improvement projects
