Provide individualized and small-group English instruction to students.2. Assess students' learning needs and adapt instruction accordingly.3. Support students in developing reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and communication skills.4. Prepare engaging and age-appropriate lessons and learning activities.5. Help students complete schoolwork, assignments, and prepare for assessments when required.6. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.7. Encourage students to develop confidence, independence, and positive learning habits.8. Maintain a welcoming, respectful, and supportive classroom environment.9.
