Job Description

Overview

Raytheon is seeking an Engineering Support Specialist II to join their Receiver/Exciter and Processing Architecture (REPA) Department in Tewksbury, MA. The role involves supporting engineering teams with logistics related to material movement, managing compliance, and assisting in audits, all while working onsite and requiring a security clearance.

Key responsibilities

  • Support engineering teams with logistics of moving engineering material between facilities and suppliers
  • Assemble Bills of Material kits for Circuit Card Assemblies and Module assemblies
  • Assist Lab Manager with lab organization, compliance, and safety
  • Manage residual material from Circuit Card Assembly and Module builds

Required skills

  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors and/or suppliers
  • Experience with electrical components
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
  • Familiarity with Raytheon procurement process
  • Experience with SAP/PRISM
  • Experience with test equipment
  • Experience with ITAR controlled documentation requirements
  • Experience with configuration management principles and/or Bill of Material
  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) is a plus
  • Active U.S. Security Clearance is a plus
