Overview

The Medicus Firm is seeking an Endodontist to join a thriving, referral-based practice in Carson City, Nevada. This privately owned specialty practice offers a supportive team environment and the opportunity for clinical growth while delivering high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality endodontic care to patients
  • Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team
  • Manage referrals and maintain relationships with referring providers
  • Participate in shared call responsibilities approximately one weekend per month
  • Engage in clinical mentorship and development

Required skills

  • DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of a CODA-accredited endodontic residency program
  • Eligible for licensure in Nevada
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

What the company offers

  • Base salary of $15,000/month for 3 days/week and $20,000/month for 4 days/week for the first 3 months
  • Production-based compensation of 45% of adjusted collections
