Overview

Covenant Health, Inc is seeking a compassionate and motivated Endocrinology Physician Assistant to join their well-established practice at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, New Hampshire. This full-time, outpatient role offers the opportunity for mentorship and collaboration with an experienced Endocrinologist, focusing on the management of patients with thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and other general endocrinology cases.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform initial patient consults and ongoing medication management under physician supervision
  • Manage patients with thyroid gland disorders, thyroid cancers, and osteoporosis
  • Collaborate with an Endocrinologist and participate in a team-focused environment
  • Engage in patient workups and follow-up care
  • Share outpatient call responsibilities with the supervising physician

Required skills

  • Adult or Family APP certification
  • Minimum 1 year of outpatient primary care experience
  • Endocrinology experience preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Patient-centered mindset
  • Commitment to quality and clinical expertise in endocrine care
