Overview

Clinity Talent is looking for an Endocrinology Physician Assistant to join their patient-centered fertility and reproductive health practice in Oakland, California. This role combines direct patient care with clinical supervision, overseeing a team to ensure high standards of quality and patient experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, and procedures
  • Manage treatment plans for IUI and IVF patients
  • Perform pelvic ultrasounds, baseline and monitoring scans
  • Conduct FDA screening and compliance reviews
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
  • Mentor, coach, and oversee nursing and patient navigator teams
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards
  • Participate in audits and inspections
  • Support protocol development, staff training, and quality improvement
  • Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy

Required skills

  • Active NP or PA license
  • Experience in women's health or reproductive endocrinology
  • Strong leadership and team mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish a plus
