Job Description

Overview

CFS is looking for a full-time Encompass Administrator to join their mortgage technology team in the Lansing, MI area. This role involves managing Encompass integrations and providing user support, making it essential for individuals with a background in mortgage technology and software development.

Key responsibilities

  • Work within Encompass integrations including LoanNex Pricing, TPO Connect, LO Connect, Consumer Connect, Velocify, DataConnect and other ICE services
  • Manage user tickets and provide interdepartmental support
  • Write or modify application programs according to standards
  • Analyze system changes and assess business impact
  • Design, develop, and implement code changes
  • Create test scripts and documentation, manage test environments, and coordinate production releases
  • Guide internal customers through problem-solving processes and see issues through to resolution

Required skills

  • 3+ years experience with Encompass
  • Ticket triage and root cause analysis
  • Log reading/error isolation
  • Escalation management
  • Incident response
  • Prior mortgage industry experience or knowledge of mortgage loan process and regulations
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in modern programming languages/technologies
