Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Encompass Administrator to join our mortgage technology team in the Dearborn, Michigan area. This role involves managing Encompass integrations and user support, while providing solutions and enhancements to the system.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage Encompass integrations including LoanNex Pricing, TPO Connect, and other ICE services
  • Handle user tickets related to issues for assigned persona/system
  • Analyze system changes for business impact and translate requirements into solutions
  • Design, develop, and implement code changes, including writing test scripts and managing test environments
  • Walk internal customers through the problem-solving process

Required skills

  • 3+ years experience with Encompass
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA
  • Experience with Input Form Builder, Custom Business Rules & Custom Workflows
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with mortgage industry processes and regulations
  • Knowledge of C#/.NET, JavaScript, or Visual Basic (bonus)
  • Exposure to various integrations and automated workflows
