This fully remote, full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a highly regarded employment litigation team handling complex, high-stakes matters for prominent clients across multiple jurisdictions.Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in state of residence, in good standing8+ years of substantive in employment litigation, with a strong emphasis on EPLI mattersSignificant experience handling employment-related claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination matters Proven ability to manage EPLI cases from inception through resolution Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong advocacy and client-facing capabilitiesAbility to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with a national teamDemonstrated professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling highly sensitive and confidential mattersProven expertise in and openness to utilizing AI-driven and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply them effectively to improve efficiency, client service, and the quality of legal work products.Key Responsibilities Handle a full caseload of EPLI matters, including litigation, mediation, and pre-litigation counselingRepresent insureds and insurers in employment-related disputes across state and federal forumsDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documentation with a high level of precision and strategic insightAdvise clients on employment law risk management and litigation strategyCollaborate with attorneys and firm professionals nationwide on complex employment mattersMaintain strict compliance with ethical obligations and firm policies regarding confidentiality and sensitive informationWhy Join Us?
