Responsibilities include:Drafting pleadings, mediation briefs, demand letters, and managing written discoveryTaking and defending depositionsHandling law and motion practiceParticipating in mediationsAssisting with trial preparation and strategyA strong working knowledge of California civil procedure and employment law is required.
