Overview

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and independent Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in supporting business operations by ensuring the accuracy of daily reconciliations, financial exchanges, and overall financial integrity across all accounts. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated accounting team to optimize workflow and enhance financial processes. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial statements along with comprehensive supporting documentation. Review and analyze monthly client financials to ensure accuracy and consistency. Month-End Closing: Oversee the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions. Journal Entries & Reconciliations: Prepare various journal entries, including payroll and international expenses. Reconcile and analyze assigned general ledger accounts in accordance with GAAP and corporate accounting policies, ensuring all close timelines are met. Team Leadership & Quality Control: Review the work of staff accountants, providing guidance and ensuring accuracy in all financial records. Support the accounting team in streamlining processes and improving overall efficiency. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Collect, interpret, and report on financial data to provide clear insights into the company's financial condition. Prepare special reports by analyzing trends and summarizing critical financial information. Operational Support: Manage day-to-day activities including accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections, payroll, inventory integrity, fixed asset records, general accounting, cost accounting, Human Resources, and Operations. Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients by ensuring accurate financial setups and seamless integration into our accounting systems.
