Overview

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking an Employer Brand Manager - Campaign Design and Creative to enhance its employer branding efforts. This strategic role will focus on developing and executing brand campaigns that resonate with top talent and position Penske as an employer of choice. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing and external partners to create compelling narratives and manage digital strategies across various channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and promote a strong, consistent brand narrative through various mediums.
  • Develop quarterly marketing design concepts that align with hiring objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership and agencies to manage multi-channel content campaigns.
  • Develop and implement campaigns and career site experiences with cross-functional teams.
  • Review and refine recruitment advertising content and creative design.
  • Coordinate media efforts with talent acquisition technology for lead tracking.
  • Maintain and enhance career site and key media platforms.
  • Oversee Penske's social media presence to attract prospective employees.
  • Utilize analytics to optimize marketing strategies and measure ROI.
  • Monitor and manage the candidate experience and digital reputation.
  • Provide leadership and communication to inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Stay current with industry trends and innovative marketing ideas.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • 2-4 years of experience in campaign design and management.
  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally leading direct reports.
  • Expertise in multi-channel media strategy and recruitment marketing.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and paid marketing.
  • Ability to analyze ROI and communicate KPIs effectively.
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
