Overview

The Employee Success Associate - Leave Administration at Larkin Benefit Administrators is a remote role focused on managing leaves of absence and ADA claims for multiple clients. The position requires adherence to federal and state regulations, along with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to clients' employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer a full workload of leaves of absence and ADA claims according to client policies and legal regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries related to leave entitlement, policies, and benefits.
  • Coordinate with Claim Specialists to ensure timely and accurate adjudication of employee claims.
  • Draft correspondences to employees regarding leave benefits and the interactive discussion process.
  • Maintain high-quality employee leave and ADA files.
  • Participate in client and company-wide meetings, occasionally requiring travel.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
