Overview

The Employee Success Associate - Leave Administration at Larkin Benefit Administrators will primarily work remotely, focusing on administering leaves of absence and ADA claims for multiple clients. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer leaves of absence and ADA claims per client policies and regulations.
  • Confirm leave eligibility, review medical documentation, and communicate with healthcare providers.
  • Provide customer service by responding to client employee inquiries regarding leave and benefits.
  • Draft and send communication letters regarding leave entitlement and disability benefits.
  • Coordinate with Claim Specialists for timely claim adjudication.
  • Maintain employee leave and ADA files to high quality standards.
  • Participate in meetings and training programs as required.
  • Take on additional work with short notice as needed.
