The Employee Success Associate - Leave Administration at Larkin Benefit Administrators plays a crucial role in administering leaves of absence and ADA claims for multiple clients. This remote-first position requires strong customer service skills and effective communication with clients' employees in complying with federal and state regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer leaves of absence and ADA claims according to client policies and regulations
  • Confirm leave eligibility and review medical documentation
  • Communicate with healthcare providers, employees, and HR teams
  • Provide customer service by answering inquiries regarding leave entitlement and client policies
  • Coordinate with Claim Specialists to ensure timely adjudication of claims
  • Draft and send communications regarding leave and disability benefits
  • Initiate return-to-work accommodations as needed
  • Maintain organized employee leave and ADA files
  • Participate in client and company meetings with some travel required
  • Support multiple accounts and complete additional tasks as needed
