Overview

AMN Healthcare is seeking a full-time Employee Health Faculty physician to join the Center for Team Care at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Health in Richmond, Virginia. This role focuses on delivering proactive, relationship-based medicine to employees and their dependents through a concierge-like clinic that emphasizes population health, lifestyle medicine, and coordinated care in a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a concierge-like primary care program for VCU Health's workforce and dependents
  • Provide outpatient primary and episodic care with a focus on prevention and lifestyle medicine
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and streamline referrals to over 200 specialties
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment committed to professional growth and teaching

Required skills

  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine/Pediatrics
  • 3-5 years post-residency experience
  • Experience in concierge or value-based care preferred
  • Ability to work in a tech-forward, coordinated workflow environment
