Overview

The Emergency Services Project Manager at Carolina Restoration Services is responsible for managing emergency mitigation projects for both residential and commercial properties affected by various disasters such as water and fire damage. This role requires effective multitasking across multiple projects and involves direct customer interaction, crew scheduling, and job site management.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage multiple emergency service mitigation projects simultaneously
  • Assess damages and create thorough estimates using Xactimate
  • Provide timely communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and agents
  • Generate daily Work Orders and coordinate crews
  • Ensure job site safety and quality standards are met
  • Create invoices and maintain acceptable sales levels
  • Represent the company's core values in all interactions

Required skills

  • 5+ years in emergency mitigation services
  • 5+ years in the insurance property restoration industry
  • Project management experience in construction or insurance restoration
  • IICRC certifications in WRT and ASD
  • Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with DASH software is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work after hours and on-call
