Overview

The Emergency Services Project Manager at Carolina Restoration Services is dedicated to managing emergency mitigation projects caused by water, fire, smoke, and other natural disasters. This role involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring job site safety, and maintaining effective communication with customers and insurance agents.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to and manage emergency mitigation projects for residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct job site visits and assess damages
  • Create thorough estimates using Xactimate
  • Schedule and coordinate crews for project execution
  • Maintain accurate job costing and documentation
  • Ensure excellent customer service and quality oversight during projects
  • Organize multiple emergency service mitigation projects simultaneously
  • Generate daily Work Orders and assign jobs to crews
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in emergency mitigation services
  • Project management experience in construction or insurance restoration
  • IICRC certifications in WRT and ASD
  • Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with DASH software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
