Job Description

Overview

The Emergency Services Project Manager at Carolina Restoration Services is responsible for overseeing emergency mitigation projects for both residential and commercial properties affected by disasters such as water, fire, and smoke. This role includes managing multiple projects simultaneously, interacting with customers and crews, and ensuring job site safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage emergency mitigation projects and respond to property damage incidents
  • Create detailed estimates for services using Xactimate
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, including job costing and documentation
  • Schedule and manage crews, ensuring quality and customer service
  • Communicate timely with customers, insurance adjusters, and agents
  • Generate invoices and maintain acceptable sales and profit margins
  • Provide after-hours and on-call emergency services on a rotational basis

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in emergency mitigation and property restoration
  • Project management experience in construction or insurance restoration
  • IICRC certifications in WRT and ASD
  • Proficiency in Xactimate
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with DASH software
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
