Job Description

Overview

The Emergency Services Project Manager at Carolina Restoration Services is responsible for managing emergency mitigation projects resulting from property damage due to various disasters. The role involves coordinating crews, maintaining customer communications, and ensuring job site safety and quality during projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Assess damages and create estimates using Xactimate within designated timeframes.
  • Organize and manage multiple emergency service mitigation projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain timely communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and agents.
  • Generate daily Work Orders and coordinate crews.
  • Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and security.
  • Provide excellent customer service while managing crews effectively.
  • Create invoices for completed jobs according to company protocols.

Required skills

  • 5+ years' experience in emergency mitigation services in residential/commercial property restoration.
  • 5+ years in the insurance property restoration industry.
  • Project management experience in construction or insurance property restoration.
  • IICRC certifications in WRT and ASD.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with DASH software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, stress, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with diverse individuals.
  • Self-motivated with a professional appearance and demeanor.
