Overview

Summit Recruiting Group is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The position involves working in a 13-bed medical/surgical ICU alongside ICU physicians and nursing staff to manage patient care in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with ICU physicians to develop treatment plans for patients
  • Manage ICU patients in a dynamic team environment
  • Perform bedside procedures with potential training for the right candidate
  • Ensure psychosocial needs of patients are met

Required skills

  • Two or more years of acute care practice
  • Experience in critical care preferred
  • Graduate level physician assistant/nurse practitioner program
  • Current valid license or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts
  • ACLS certification
  • DEA registration
  • Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration
  • Ability to complete 100 hours of CME every two years
