Source Medical, LLC is seeking a part-time Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant in Lowell, Massachusetts to work in an Intensive Care Unit. The role involves collaboration with experienced Advanced Practice Providers and attending physicians to manage critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment, while contributing to a culture of teamwork, education, and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary care team
  • Manage and coordinate care for critically ill patients
  • Enhance patient outcomes
  • Participate in continuous clinical development

Required skills

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Current Massachusetts licensure as NP or PA
  • CPR certification
  • 1-2 years of ICU or Critical Care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
