Overview

Summit Recruiting Group is seeking a full-time experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic ICU team in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The role involves collaborating with ICU physicians and nursing staff to manage the treatment plans for ICU patients in a supportive environment, with a focus on acute care delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Work as part of the ICU team to manage patient care
  • Collaborate with ICU physicians and nursing staff
  • Develop and coordinate treatment plans for patients
  • Perform bedside procedures as needed
  • Meet the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients

Required skills

  • Experience in acute care and critical care
  • Graduate level Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program (Master's Degree)
  • Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts
  • Current ACLS certification
  • DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration
  • Completion of 100 hours of CME every two years
