Vohra Wound Physicians is offering a part-time Emergency Medicine Physician position in Batavia, NY. The role emphasizes flexible work schedules with no nights, calls, or weekend responsibilities, allowing physicians to achieve a work-life balance while delivering modern wound management at bedside in various healthcare facilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals
  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
  • Utilize proprietary wound specific EMR for clinical documentation in real-time
  • Commit to a minimum of 3 weekdays per week for part-time or 4-5 days for full-time roles
  • Participate in physician level wound management training and fellowship

Required skills

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice
  • Experience in emergency medicine and wound care
  • Clinical documentation proficiency
  • Ability to collaborate within a team
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules
