Overview

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support in Seaside, Oregon. This role involves managing an average patient volume of 15 per day during shifts that run from 7a-7p or 7p-7a.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide emergency medical care to patients
  • Manage patient volume of 15 patients per day
  • Work shifts either during the day or night
  • Coordinate with advanced practice coverage and back-up specialties

Required skills

  • Board certification in Emergency Medicine
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, specifically EPIC
