You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate store operations and activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashionLoad and unload equipment and materialsProvide innovative solutions to improve store efficiencyConduct routine preventive maintenance on the plantLog and record readings for equipment and procedures Qualifications:Previous experience in embroidery operations or other related fieldsFamiliarity with store tools and similar equipmentStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsAbility to handle physical workloadAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentJob is 3-4 days a week to start, but does have full-time potential.
