Overview

Southeast Elevator is seeking an Installation Mechanic Apprentice for immediate openings in Dallas, Texas. This role provides valuable mentoring, training, and hands-on experience in installing and servicing home elevators, with opportunities for advancement to lead mechanic within 12-18 months.

Key responsibilities

  • Install residential elevators and wheelchair lifts
  • Work as part of a two-person installation team on job sites
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members
  • Interface professionally with customers and general contractors
  • Demonstrate strong safety awareness and regulatory compliance
  • Develop knowledge of safety codes and industry standards
  • Operate basic computer equipment and mobile devices
  • Maintain a clean driving record
  • Perform other duties as assigned
