Overview

Infinity Systems Engineering LLC is looking for an Electronics Technician who will play a vital role in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic systems and components in the aerospace and defense sectors. This position will support various projects related to spacecraft electronics, ground systems, and operational testing, ensuring compliance with safety standards and functionality throughout the mission lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic systems and components
  • Perform soldering, rework, and component-level repair following aerospace standards
  • Operate and maintain electronic test equipment for functional and environmental testing
  • Support launch site integration, including spacecraft electrical checkout and testing
  • Read and interpret technical schematics and engineering documentation
  • Maintain detailed service records of repairs and modifications
  • Comply with laboratory safety requirements and electrical safety standards

Required skills

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for electronic systems
  • Proficiency in reading technical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Experience with electronic test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes)
  • Knowledge of electrical safety standards and safe work practices
  • Familiarity with soldering techniques and assembly procedures
  • Understanding of digital and analog circuits and power systems
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
