Job Description

Overview

Intraaction Corporation is looking for an Electronics Technician to support the assembly, development, testing, and manufacturing of GE drivers used in acousto-optic products. This hands-on role involves working with both analog and digital electronics, RF circuits, and precision test equipment to optimize driver systems for various photonics applications.

Key responsibilities

  • Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic driver circuits for acousto-optic devices
  • Build and validate RF driver modules, power amplifiers, oscillators, and frequency control systems
  • Perform PCB assembly, wiring, soldering, and rework of electronic assemblies
  • Diagnose and repair electronic hardware using various test equipment
  • Support engineering teams in prototype development and design verification
  • Conduct performance testing and characterization of acousto-optic driver systems
  • Document test procedures and manufacturing processes
  • Assist with product improvements and reliability enhancements
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to meet performance specifications
  • Maintain calibration and upkeep of laboratory and production test equipment
  • Support new product introductions

Required skills

  • High School or Associate degree in Electronics Technology or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in electronics assembly, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics
  • Experience with RF electronics and signal generation
  • Proficiency with electronic test equipment like oscilloscopes and multimeters
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
  • Experience with PCB assembly and soldering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
