Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced 1st shift Electronics Lead to lead daily operations within our electronic design and contract manufacturing environment. This role is highly hands-on and requires strong floor presence supporting SMT, cable/wire, and box build operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction LeadershipSupervise general assemblers, SMT operators, and electronic techniciansEnsure production schedules are met efficiently and on timeCommunicate daily production goals and prioritiesEnforce company policies, attendance, and environmental complianceTechnical & Process OversightSupport SMT lines, reflow ovens, wave soldering, AOI, coating, and cable/wire equipmentTroubleshoot production issues and support engineering teamsReview production documentation and provide labor estimates for cable, PCB, and box buildsMaintain and improve production records and procedures in coordination with process engineeringQuality & ComplianceEnsure compliance with IPC standardsMaintain ISO-regulated processesSupport continuous improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications7-10 years supervisory experience in electronics manufacturing (EMS preferred)Working knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610 required)Strong understanding of electronic components, schematics, and bills of materialExperience in ISO-regulated manufacturing environmentProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookPreferredAOI experienceExperience in contract manufacturing environmentLean / process improvement background Company Description Labor Solutions Professional is a leader in the professional, temporary, and direct hire industry.
