Job Details Responsibilities: Lead engineering projects from initial concept through design, validation, and production release. Serve as the technical point of contact across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk to ensure on time delivery. Support product design reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive issue resolution related to design, manufacturing processes, or field performance. Coordinate prototype builds, validation testing, and production readiness activities. Document designs, changes, and project milestones in accordance with internal standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering or a related role in the manufacturing industry. Familiarity with products or systems that incorporate electronic components. Proven track record of leading engineering projects from concept to production. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk.
