Overview

The Electromechanical Switch Assembler position at Custom Control Sensors involves performing light electronic and electromechanical assembly work of low complexity. This full-time role contributes to the production of high-reliability electro-mechanical devices for various markets, requiring manual dexterity and the use of simple hand tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Performs simple assembly procedures
  • Operates contact welder and orbital swager
  • Utilizes a variety of tools, gauges, and equipment
  • Maintains quality standards with little discrepancy
  • Achieves production quotas
  • Keeps work area clean and orderly
  • Adapts to changes and performs other essential tasks as assigned

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
  • Six months or more of experience in a similar industry or some technical training
  • U.S. citizenship or legal permanent residency for ITAR compliance
  • Manual dexterity to work with small hand tools
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Team-oriented with flexibility and adaptability
