Overview

Olymel is seeking an Electromécanicien for their St-Damase location in Québec to join a dynamic team focused on innovation, quality, and sustainable growth. This role involves repairing, installing, and modifying machinery while ensuring compliance with HACCP and SQF standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform repairs, installations, and modifications of machinery
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Troubleshoot automated systems, electronics, hydraulics, and robotics
  • Weld using TIG and MIG techniques
  • Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Adhere to HACCP and SQF regulations

Required skills

  • DEP in Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or relevant training
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and SQF standards
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to lift and move heavy loads
  • Analytical skills, good judgment, and independence
