Overview

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for the afternoon shift in Waterdown, Ontario. The role involves performing electrical and mechanical assemblies, rework on printed circuit boards, and optical assembly, all while maintaining a focus on quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform electrical/mechanical assembly on sub-assemblies to required quality and quantity outputs
  • Perform rework/repair on Printed Circuit Boards including THT and SMT hand soldering
  • Perform rework/repair on Wire Harness Assemblies
  • Perform optical assembly by fitting, cleaning and testing

  • Experience with THT and SMT soldering techniques
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing
