Job Description

Overview

TCI+, a subsidiary of VINCI Energies and a leader in energy transition and digital transformation in Quebec, is seeking a construction electrician. With nearly 50 years of experience, TCI+ is committed to ensuring the safety and efficiency of renewable energy infrastructures and urban telecommunications.

Key responsibilities

  • Read and interpret electrical diagrams and plans to determine the location of industrial electrical equipment
  • Install, verify, replace and repair electrical cables, outlets, switch boxes, conduits, fiber optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting devices, and other components
  • Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance
  • Maintain, repair, install and test circuit breakers, transformers, distribution panel meters, regulators, and reactors
  • Maintain, repair, install and test electric motors, generators, alternators, industrial battery systems, and hydraulic and pneumatic control systems
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electric and electronic industrial control systems and other related devices
  • Execute preventive maintenance programs and maintain maintenance records
  • Install, maintain, and calibrate industrial instruments and related devices as necessary
