Overview

Apollo Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman in New York to lead electrical crews on residential projects. The role involves supervising daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on job sites
  • Plan and oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans
  • Ensure proper installation of raceways, cable tray systems, lighting, outlets, and switchgear
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide technical guidance
  • Enforce compliance with National Electrical Code and OSHA regulations
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades
  • Train, mentor, and support team members
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Required skills

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in residential/commercial electrical work
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics and blueprints
