Overview

ACCEL ELECTRIC LLC is seeking an experienced Electrician Foreman to oversee and coordinate electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in both a foreman role and electrical work, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Follow all safety rules and regulations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Use blueprints and building plans to determine electrical requirements
  • Install new electrical systems and repair existing systems
  • Provide bids for work orders
  • Interact with customers, suppliers, and other professionals
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with construction teams for accurate electrical estimates and schedules
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
  • Install and maintain lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and other electrical devices

Required skills

  • Journeyman Electrician License
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Foreman role, preferably 5 years
  • Knowledge of residential, commercial, and solar installation
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail for quality control inspections
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
