Overview

Inspired Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Licensed Electrician to join their team in Tallahassee, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial electrical work, with specific expertise in conduit installation and adherence to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Install conduit and cable tray
  • Operate a service truck
  • Review assignments and clarify understanding with the supervisor
  • Perform all work in compliance with company and OSHA standards
  • Plan, layout, install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures and control equipment
  • Prepare sketches showing the location of wiring and equipment
  • Read blueprints and follow diagrams to ensure proper installation of concealed wiring
  • Pull wiring through conduit

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
  • 3 years of residential/commercial electrical experience
  • 3 years of conduit installation experience
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
  • Experience with various tools including drills, roto hammer drills, conduit hand bender, hacksaw/bandsaw
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and safety compliance
