Overview

Olymel is seeking an Electrician to join their dynamic team in Brampton, Ontario. The role emphasizes collaboration in a fast-paced work environment, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and uphold quality standards within the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Report food safety and quality issues to authorized personnel
  • Perform work according to GMP, HACCP, SQF, and CFIA regulations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and electrical code specifications
  • Install, examine, replace, or repair electrical wiring and components
  • Test electrical and electronic equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance
  • Maintain, repair, install, and test switchgear and transformers
  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and electronic control systems
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and maintain records
  • Install, maintain, and calibrate industrial instrumentation
