Overview

Electrical Technician (PLC) requires: • CMMS experience. • PLC programming and controller fabrication. • Electrical panel wiring and control cabinet assembly. • Voltage converters and relay logic. • Predictive maintenance and equipment reliability. • Industrial automation and process improvement. • Industrial electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment. • Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting/programming (500 & 5000 platforms). • Must be able to work in a hot environment • Must be able to work 12 days on 2 days off (Lots of overtime) • Strong attention to detail. • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills. • Committed to workplace safety. • Takes ownership of equipment performance and maintenance quality. • Driven to continuously improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM • plc programming, Wiring and Fabricating controllers, AC and DC drive repair, Lockout Tagout, Program Allen Bradley 500 and 5000 drive systems, Repair electrical motors, controller fabrication, electrical panel wiring, control cabinet assembly, voltage converters, relay logic, industrial electrical maintenance, Allen-Bradley 500, Allen-Bradley 5000, PLC troubleshooting, AC/DC drives, motors, control panels, control circuits, sensors, relays, VFDs, industrial automation, process improvement, preventative maintenance Duties: • Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, motors, drives, and automated production machinery. • Safety-focused, self-motivated, and committed to maximizing equipment reliability while minimizing downtime. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. • Install, wire, and upgrade industrial electrical systems and automated controls. • Troubleshoot and program PLC systems, including Allen-Bradley 500 and 5000 platforms. • Install, maintain, and repair AC/DC drives, motors, control panels, relays, and electrical components. •
