Electrical Project Progress ManagementOversee and manage electrical installation activities, including cable pulling, wiring, and power distribution systems.Ensure all electrical work is completed on schedule and aligned with project milestones.2. Electrical Installation & Construction SupervisionSupervise on-site electrical work such as conduit installation (EMT/ENT), cable routing, and panel wiring.Coordinate with electricians and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of electrical tasks.3. Quality Control & ComplianceMonitor and ensure all electrical installations comply with design specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.Conduct inspections of wiring, panels, and distribution systems to ensure quality and accuracy.4. Coordination with Cross-functional TeamsWork closely with piping, equipment, and facility teams to ensure smooth integration of electrical systems.Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress and issues.5. Site Management & ReportingTrack daily work progress and provide updates on electrical installation status.Identify potential risks or delays and propose solutions proactively.6. Work FlexibilityWilling to work overtime based on project requirements.Able to work in cleanroom environments and follow safety protocols.QualificationsRequired:Experience in electrical construction, wiring, or power distribution systemsFamiliar with:Cable pulling & wiringElectrical drawings / schematicsConduit systems (EMT / ENT)Strong understanding of electrical installation practicesPreferred:Experience working in semiconductor or high-tech factory environmentsFamiliarity with cleanroom proceduresExperience supervising electricians or subcontractorsPlus:Experience with TSMC projectsKnowledge of low-voltage / high-voltage systemsMandarin communication skills
